To prepare for your eyebrow treatment at Lash Lab OC, arrive with clean, makeup-free brows and avoid using oils or creams around the eyebrow area 24 hours prior. If you have particularly thick or unruly brows, consider trimming or brushing them beforehand to assist in shaping and lamination. Additionally, inform our estheticians of any allergies or skin sensitivities to ensure a safe and effective service.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service price. If you fail to appear for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price. We understand that emergencies happen, and things come up. However, exceptions to our policies cannot be made.
